Construction of 14 villas owned by S.S. Park Arikoy Housing Estate in Demirciköy, Sarıyer, Istanbul. The project consisted of the construction of all 14 villas; each has 320~360 m2 usage area; landscaping and the pool as well.
The work started in April 2001 and delivered in June 2002. Survey cost was 1.950.000USD
