RUZGARLI BAHCE RESIDENCES

This project consisted of constructing a building complex including 4 apartment blocks with 40 flats and 1800m2 of parking garage; 10.000 m2 of construction site on 6000 m2 of land. 

Within the scope of the contract, the land was purchased by constructing 6 more apartment blocks of 96 flats in return for the adjacent property owners.

The project started in March 1995 and was completed in January 1999. The survey cost was 3,100,000.USD.
