HELIPORT

The project is the Heliport Building planned to be constructed in Ayazağa, Istanbul on the land owned by KAAN AVIATION Co. Ground Survey; Geotechnical and Structural Design of the reinforced concrete and steel skeleton of the building was realized by our company. 

The Architectural Designer was FORES ARCHITECTURE.  The company’s head quarter offices, various rental office, shopping and car park areas together with the Helicopter Aprons are placed in the settlement consisted of 11 blocks.  At the roof of the building a steel skeleton hangar exists for maintenance of the helicopters.

The design works started on July 2007 and completed on February 2008. The construction has been declined due to financial plans of the owner.
