HALK EMLAK- VAKIF HOLDING BEYOGLU BUILDING
This project consisted of rehabilitation and structural repair of the 8 story building owned by VAKIF HOLDING – HALK EMLAK, as part of The Rehabilitation-Repair and Decoration Works.
In the foundation and basement floors, the cross-sections of the structural skeleton were improved with cement-based, polymer-reinforced, high-performance repair mortar applications that would fulfill the requirements of technical specifications against corrosions. Structural load bearing capacities were increased by the method of concrete jacketing with grout-mortar and additional reinforcement. Moreover, the infrastructure was revised and fine-finishing works were finalized after the construction of upper floors was completed.
