Contracting Works;Constitute the contracting business of various structures. Our service is formed according to the investors/owners’ needs; and may contain only contracting the structures with the pre-prepared project package, as well as the project design, feasibility, and/or coordination of the projects themselves prior to the contracting.
Renovation, Restoration and Retrofitting Works;The building rehabilitation, reinforcement-retrofitting projects and other construction applications has also been in our company’s area of interest since its establishment.
The architectural, structural and/or material rölévé in-situ plans and existing condition reports are prepared. Parallel to the needs and demands, renovation and retrofitting projects are prepared and application is performed accordingly.
Especially in the renovation of the structures of historical value; our company aims to bring out the demanded qualification as a combination of ‘the old’ and ‘the new’.
Project Management and Consultancy Services;Our Company has also been providing project designing, application and consultancy for those buildings which require boutique-specific solutions depending on the needs and demands by the clients and/or architects.
Many of our works have been published in the prominent architectural magazines as good examples of their kind; and one of our structural retrofitting design projects has been lectured in the Turkish Chamber of Engineers' profession workshops as a unique example of its kind.
