Our activities in construction sector were started by Ferruh TARMAN. Ferruh TARMAN, who graduated from Civil Engineering Department Istanbul Technical University, began his professional career in 1962. After 1965, establishing "Ferruh Tarman Construction Contracting and Trading Company", he did the construction and contracting of various structures - infrastructures for both public and private sector.
Batu TARMAN completed his BS. in Civil Engineering at Boğaziçi University . Later on, he went abroad to further his education. Batu Tarman studied his masters degree in Civil Engineering while working as a research assistant at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA.
After he received his MS. Degree in Civil Engineering like his father, the research and studies he worked on attracted the attention of D.O.E. (Department of Energy) of USA, and he was invited to Argonne National Laboratories - a famous research and technology center which would bring many scientists and engineers together all around the world. He, than, worked for Argonne in Chicago as a research engineer to further his studies for in-situ techniques and methods.
He decided to settle down in his homeland instead of working abroad, therefore he ceased his works in Argonne and returned back to Turkey in 1993.
He then joined the constructing practice like his father. They underwent a re-establishment and in 1994 "Tarman Construction, Contracting and Trading Limited Company" was founded.
In our company, we have gathered a team of our staff, foremen and labors as well as our subcontractors and solution partners through the years. They have spent time long enough to cooperate and work in harmony.
The Project of our New Office Building was granted a reward in the National Architectural Renovation Approach Competition. The Construction has completed in 2017 and our company head quarter is now located in Hasanpaşa, Kadıköy, ISTANBUL.
